Who we are
We are a reference point for all international students who decide to study at Macerata University from abroad, and all current students and graduates of Macerata University who would like to go study and work abroad.
What we do
We work to obtain internationally recognized qualifications, and partnerships with foreign universities and institutions for research and international cooperation reasons. In particular, we offer the European Erasmus+ student exchange program, double degrees with partner universities, as well as numerous non-European exchange programs under bilateral agreements with Albania, Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Brazil, China, Canada, Russia, South Korea, Japan, Ukraine and the U.S.A..
What we can help you with
If you intend to study at our university, and your university has nominated you under the framework of Erasmus+ or a bilateral agreement, then we can assist you during your stay here:
- we will take care of your enrolment and the final recognition of your credits;
- we will help you find accommodation;
- we will introduce you to an Erasmus Buddy – a local student who will help you to make yourself at home in our town;
- we will introduce you to ESN Macerata, the European Student Network which organizes trips, cinema forums and cultural activities for international students;
- we will help you improve your Italian by offering you free courses. You can enroll and receive ECTS credits for Italian language courses during your first and second semester.
