At the end of your stay

Final Date of the Mobility Period & Certificate of Attendance

To finalize your study period and obtain your Certificate of Stay, there are two possible options:

a) You come to the International Mobility Office

• Book an appointment on the last day of your stay (we recommend doing this within 10 days from your last exam).
• The date of your appointment will be recorded as the official end date of your mobility.
• During the appointment, you will receive two original copies of your Certificate of Stay.

b) You do not come to the Office

• If you prefer not to come in person, the date of your last registered exam in your libretto online will be used as the final date of your mobility period.
• You may still contact the International Mobility Office once you finish your exams to inform us and allow the Office to prepare your final documents for release.
• In this case, no appointment is required and the date of your last exam will appear on the certificate as the official end date.

Transcript of Records (ToR)

Once all your exam grades are registered in your libretto online, the International Mobility Office will send your Transcript of Records directly to your home university, with you in CC. This process may take up to 5 weeks after students Erasmus period ends.

The Transcript will include the University of Macerata grading scale.

Important Notes

• The International Mobility Office is not responsible for delays in the registration of grades by professors.
• Students are responsible for checking their Libretto Online to ensure all exams have been correctly recorded.
• In case of missing or incorrect grades, please contact the relevant professor directly.
