At the end of your stay
CERTIFICATE OF DEPARTURE AND TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
On the very last day of your stay in Macerata, once you have finished all your exams at Unimc, you should arrange an appointment with the International Mobility Office to come to collect the final documents and finalise your study period. We will provide you with:
- 2 copies of your Certificate of end stay for your Erasmus+ / Extra EU Bilateral Agreement study period
Please note: the day you report to the International Mobility Office and collect the final documents will be indicated in your certificate as the end date of your study period in Macerata.
As soon as all the exams taken are registered on your libretto online, the Office will send to your home university (and to you in Cc) your Transcript of Records. The Transcript of Records will be sent together with the University's grading scale.
The International Mobility Office will not be responsible for any delay in the registration of grades by each Professor.
Each student should check in their "Libretto on-line" if all the exams have been regularly registered. In case of problems, please contact the relevant Professor.
