Before your arrival
If you have recently been chosen by your university to study in Macerata as an Erasmus Student, please follow the steps outlined below to register at our University.
These instructions are specifically for incoming students participating in the Erasmus+ Study Program.
For those interested in participating in an internship in Macerata, please refer to the Erasmus+ for Traineeships Program.
To learn more about internship opportunities abroad and how to apply, please contact your home university. To inquire about work experiences within our International Mobility Office, please contact the University of Macerata at cri@unimc.it.
In order to study at the University of Macerata as an Incoming Erasmus+ student, your home university's coordinator must nominate you by filling out the online form for Erasmus+ Partner Institutions. For assistance, please email cri@unimc.it.
After being nominated, students will receive a Welcome e-mail with important details for their stay at the university. Please be aware that students selected for the Spring semester will be contacted in September following the summer break.
STEP 2: Admission (Application form)
From October 15th to October 30th, fill out the application form for the Spring semester.
Make sure to provide all required documents, including a passport photo, ID/passport, and proof of health insurance. Contact your Home University for important details such as your Erasmus ID or ISCED code for the bilateral agreement.
If you plan on taking courses taught in English, submit an English Certificate with a CEFR B1 level.
Confirmation emails must be duly signed and stamped by you and your Home University Erasmus Coordinator. Signed application forms should be submitted in .pdf format to cri@unimc.it.
