Before Arrival

If you have just been selected by your home university to study in Macerata as an Erasmus Student, please follow the instructions below to enroll at our University.

The following procedure is for prospective incoming students coming within the Erasmus+ Study Program (Erasmus Mobility for Studies).

If you wish to come to Macerata for an internship, you should refer to the Erasmus+ for Traineeships Program (Erasmus Mobility for Traineeship, Erasmus para prácticas, Praktikum, etc.). In this case, please contact:
1) your home University, to check where they have specific agreements for placements/internships abroad (schools, public offices, companies, etc…)

2) the University of Macerata (cri@unimc.it) if you wish to do a work experience in our International Mobility Office.

How to enrol as an Incoming Student coming within the Erasmus+ Study Program:

STEP 1: NOMINATION

If you wish to study in Macerata as an Incoming Erasmus+ student (Erasmus Mobility for Studies), your home University will have to nominate you as an Erasmus+ incoming student by sending a nomination e-mail to this address: cri@unimc.it. The e-mail must include the student’s first and family name, e-mail, area of studies and the semester duration of Erasmus+ scholarship. The International Mobility Office of Macerata will then send its reply decision within 4 weeks after receiving the nomination.
